I didn't apply to Oxbridge this year and I regret it. If I reapply and choose Oxford or Cambridge would they reject just because I am applying again?

Nope! Universities don't hold the number of times you've applied against you.

I applied to Cambridge for 2015 entry and missed the grades (I got AAA and they wanted A*AA). I then reapplied this year to Oxford and now hold an unconditional offer. If Oxbridge is what you want I would 100% encourage you to reapply or apply post A-Level. Good luck with whatever you choose to do! (:

You aren't reapplying anyway - you didn't apply there in the first place. No, they won't care in the least.
