student living in France trying to figure out how to fund course in Scotland

Hey,
So I'm originally from Northern Ireland and I have an Irish passport but I've been living in France for over 6 years and I want to attend college in Scotland and do a NC course. However I have no way to fund this course and I don't think i'm eligible for a bursary.
Please help! Thanks
What do you mean by an NC course please? EU students are only entitled to help with their tuition fees. Is there anything from your own country?
