this is probably not why you asked this but: it's up to you. evaluate her. if you know her, think about whether or not the last time was a drunken mistake that she regretted or just something she did out of spite or whatever. if she was sorry the last time you might wanna give it a try, but if you are afraid (which u seem to be) that she might do the same to you, then dont bother. you'll just kick yourself if you decide to go out and she cheats on you too..

Cheated as in kissed someone else..or more? And do you know the circumstances? As someone said, people do change. I'd go for it.
