TALKMOBILE SIM PAY MONTHLY CONTRACT... no network after week watch

    Hey so basically I am a first year student and I bought a sim monthly contact for £7.50/month last week. I received an email saying that they are gonna do a CREDIT CHECK on my card and then an email came with like you will receive a sim in the next few days.

    I GOT MY SIM.... HOWEVER EVEN AFTER A WEEK STILL NOT ACTIVATED got NO NEW NUMBER or anything! Sim is still not activated at all :/

    What shall I do now???

    Don't you need to call them?

    I called them on Thursday last week and they said I only need to call if I am already an existing talk mobile customer, not if I am new. They also checked my account and said they are still doing a credit check.... and asked me to call them back yesterday

    but still nothing? :/

    no I didn't but I think I'm gonna call back tomorrow and actually cancel the deal because they are actually taking the piss :/ I literally dunno what has took them so long :/
