    Hi everyone,

I would like to apply 'Dental hygiene and therapy' course but only 4 universities ( King's College, Queen Mary, UCL and Barts ) based in london runs this programme in but Diploma . I rang other universities, who runs the same programme but in Degree (Bsc) format and have been told that Diploma is lower than Degree. I am not keen to move out of London for 3 years to study Degree. Thus I would like to know what are the disadvantages of studying Diploma rather thn Degree. If I study Diploma will I be fully qualified and can work after my graduation straight away? Will I get less paid from those who did Degree? etc. I basically want to know as much information as I can.

    Thank You so much
