To anyone who balances a number of things (job, education and family, for example), how do you do it?

Both in terms of time and energy.

time planning is probably key to any situation like that, always get up early, priorities and do things efficiently

Of course, but what of the energy?

well I think providing you're healthy and fit you can probably manage a lot more than you think once you get used to it, if you are healthy and still can't cope then you simply have to accept you're doing too much

It's not so much physical energy. It's just mental exhaustion. I don't want to talk too much about the things I'm try to juggle. But it does take a lot out of people to do so many things. Especially when it comes to caring for kids, for example. I wonder how they keep going.
