    And a khaki coloured jacket

What coloured top would go well for a night out?

Roll the chinos up and where a white shirt white canvas pumps- kinda Ibiza cool style- which is very in. Look at male fashion icons for inspirations eg. David Beckham???

Please do not wear a khaki jacket with those trousers!! Do agree with above though on the roll ups and white shirt, though canvas pumps are disgusting so avoid those. I think no trainers on a night out, plus with those chinos being straight cut, most trainers would look silly.
Good thing I haven't got the chinos yet!

Found a link to the jacket - http://www.zara.com/uk/en/sale/man/j...7p3120652.html

What coloured chinos/jeans would you say go well?

a light blue shirt would look nice with this plus it won't stand out too much
burgundy could also look nice, especially with the weather and all

Dangerous colour for chinos- it's risky to become a bit old many.

My best suggestion for you would actually be to avoid a white shirt- and buy a navy shirt instead (e.g http://www.next.co.uk/x572474s5) and wear very dark brown slightly pointed shoes underneath. Have a matching dark brown belt and as a jacket add a casual grey blazer (such as http://www.flatsevenshop.com/4126-fl...cket-bj102.jpg).

Now that'll make you look classy.
