    Hi guys,

I am a 2nd year student at University and everything was going well until today that I receive a letter stating that: "We cannot approve your application because you are not eligible or student finance".
However I have been approved previously and that's the reason why I am finishing my 2nd year of studies, so how could I possibly solve this issue?
I have an Italian nationality however I finish my studies in South America; my parents have to go back and forward so I couldn't actually proof my residency.
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated; otherwise what would be the outcome? To pay £27K?
    Thanks for the help!

You need to find out why they won't pay for your studies.

Well they wrote on the letter that is because I haven't been residence in the EU 3 years prior my studies; but the crazy part is that I have and I was already approved for Tuition fees.

Have you sent your proof that you were in the EU for 3 years prior to studying?
