    Also what can you say that each of those is equal to in terms of sinx and cosx?

    you can use the quotient rule to differentiate 1/sinx etc

    Derivatives: Quotient rule for the last two. Chain rule for the first.

    Integrals: observe that  \csc x=\frac{\sin x}{\sin^2x}=\frac{sinx}{1- \cos^2x} and make an appropriate sub, and the latter two require you to recall that  \int \frac{f'(x)}{f(x)} dx=ln(f(x))+C.
