Whats wrong with me, I find nearly EVERYTHING funny?!

Like today we went to a teacher to hand in a history essay, I saw the way the teacher was walking and thought it was 'gay' so i started laughing uncontrollably, and also whenever we're in a club or something and i see some really cringeworthy people i just start laughing there on the spot (in the middle of the club), its so bad that im starting to annoy some of my friends now!!

Cringeworthy people? Who the hell are you?

I'd say you're an idiot who considers herself perfect but isn't. That, or you're insecure so you need rag other people.

Don't get me wrong, laughter is good. Laughing at other people because what they look like or isn't.

Erm, how old are you OP? You will probably grow out of the giggling phase soon...if you should have by now, then I think you really need to attempt and bottle up your laughter. Laughing at lame/silly things is fine. Laughing at people you consider "cringeworthy" isn't.
There might've people that wanted to laugh at you, but probably didn't at your face. Actually, maybe that needs to happen for you to realise how being laughed at feels? :dontknow:
Who cares, I get like that sometimes....though it is bad if you laugh at something, your friend gets offended, she cries, you continue to laugh twice as hard. That isn't good :p:

I get bouts of uncontrollable laughter pretty much every day! Even your first post made me laugh.

Just try and tone it down a bit maybe...
I sometimes get bursts of uncontrollable laughter like this. Like one time I was on a bus and I just started laughing my head off. It was silent on the bus (apart from my laughter) and I could see that the girl I was sat next to (who I didnt know) was really uncomfortable. But the fact that I was laughing for no reason on a bus was funny, so I laughed even more. Even after the journey ended, I carried on remembering it all day, so I burst out laughing in shops and the like, and even when I was in bed at night, it kept happening.
You're probably just insecure.

Maybe you're jealous of the "cringeworthy" people you see, and try to mask it with laughter?
well it could also be that you're overtired - for some reason whenever i'm tired i start laughing at the stupidest things.. i think it's my muscles going into overdrive or something. just my two cents x

If your laughter isn't too loud.... I don't see anything wrong about that. I have two friends who are like that. They can be an embarrassment at times but honestly, they help lighten the mood when everyone's serious/too quiet!

by that i mean people who are dancing badly etc, wanted to cause no offense to any cringeworthy people, although im not implying that their even are cringeworthy people, so sorry to anyone people who got offended by the 'cringeworthy' comment.

im 18!! and its been gettin worse not better, and its soooo stupid. like in our economics class theres this girl whos really nervous and whenever the teacher picks on her, she has trouble getting her words out. whenever she has trouble speaking in front of the class i just cant help myself and feel like laughing my head of, but then i have to try and hold it in but then i look so ridiculous, she was about to cry once :frown: i obviously apologised to her later, but even then i felt like laughing.
   <<<<< take for example this emoticon, i dont know why i find it funny. does anyone else find it funny?

I understand your situation cos i get like that sometimes, and yes i did laugh at this emotion - i dunno why but it made me laugh out loud.
Just dont worry about it so much, its just part of you, and besides its better than being a miserable git..so go ahead and laugh your socks off...but rememeber not to offend any one at the same time...:p:

Perhaps your lungs synthesize their own nitrous oxide. Seriously, though, if you're just a bit giddy by nature there's not much you can do about it. I find pinching the bridge of my nose can stem the tide of uncontrollable laughter, but that's just me.

is that common in people? and if so i ask someone about it?
Sometimes when i'm over tired or way past the feeling of depressed i laugh at everything uncontrollably which is rather odd really .... laughing is good though so continue to be happy lol
Don't worry. I laughed uncontrollably the other night at cluedo as my piece was the murderer and I thought it would be funny to be the victim (sorry, I have quite a morbid sense of humour). Then for some time afterwards I laughed at even just people looking at me/wanting to go to bed/etc. It was a much needed break from my depression. But I see there is nothing wrong with laughter.
