I applied to the Office for National Statistics and the assessment process consisted of
(a) an online application
(b) a 60 min interview (following success at (a))
I was recently informed that I passed the interview and should now wait for an 'allocation meeting' where my assigned business area will be determined, however the email also says there may be a 'reserve list'.Does this mean I am definitely getting an offer? Is the 'allocation meeting' an interview and if so how can I prepare?
