    But that's not the force of the Brick on the Pan.... that's the Resultant Force. The Pan on the Brick is 15.45 and the Brick on the Pan is 14.7. So surely the answer is 14.7. Am I missing something?

    The answer is not 14.7 because the brick is accelerating, so the force is 15.45N

    For the last part, i just read magnitude on pulley and solved it. Then, after test, my friend sais it said direction too :P, so will probably get 73/75 (or 74). Overall done nice, should have read the whole question :P, could have got 75.

    I'd say bar question 3 and 7, it seemed fairly standard. Though the order of the paper was strange, vector problem like that as number 1?

    So I should think similar to 2015 grade boundaries?

    You have assumed that the particle's speed remains constant after rebounding from the wall. In reality it's speed fell on impact, so the Impulse was not quite as powerful as you calculated.

    For impulse, you had to use F= uR and F=ma to work out acceleration, then work out speed using that. (The speed after collision)
