I chose a career and a degree and now I don't feel like I've made the right choice but it's too late for anything now as I have already applied for uni and I've got a few offers too. My boyfriend and my parents are also saying that I've made a bad choice... What shall I do? Any help/advice would be appreciated! Thanks !

Take a year out and re-apply for the next cycle. There's nothing wrong with waiting an extra year, and absolutely no point in going into a course that you already know is the wrong choice for you. University is too expensive to go into with doubts.

You could also always try contacting the universities you have offers from and asking if they would consider you for another subject? It's possible that they could let you change before September if they have spaces and you can show that you are suitable for the course.

theres always clearance depending on what you want to study, like the person mentioned no point in wasting your time in uni doing something you dont want to do.

It isn't too late since you haven't even started your course yet. If you were 2/3 of the was through then I would say it's too late. You just have to wait until clearing I guess, granted someone declines an offers for the course + uni you want to attend you should be okay.
