Do you look bad for the rest of the day? I do.
If I sleep too much or too less it happens, 7hiurs seems to be the one.

Yeah if I don't sleep at the same time everyday I will sleep for at least 1-2 hours during that day (8am- 9pm)

Sometimes when I get the right amount of sleep, I get a boner when I look in the mirror no joke. Other times I just can't.

Well obviously the only thing that is going to change is the skin.
Your nose is not going to be crooked if you don't get enough sleep/

Not that I've noticed? Maybe I'm just never getting the right amount of sleep. Wouldn't surprise me tbh

There's a sweet spot at around three hours' sleep where I won't feel tired in the morning. Comes back to bite me that evening though

I usually alternate between a long night and a couple short nights... 8-10 hours followed by two 3-5 hour sleeps

well no, i meant the only difference is that my eyes end up looking strained, not that my skin looks worse.

I sleep on average 8 hours but on the days I go uni, I sleep 5 hours and don't feel much difference other than my legs feeling a bit tired lol.
