    Good morning guys,

    Received three offers so far, Hull, Middlesex and Leeds,

    My question is;

    When I was at college I did a BTEC in Law, however now i'm about to complete my A-Level in Law, will these both be viewed in terms of points on my application, or will they just count the A-Level?

    Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

    If you have a tariff based offer you need to read the wording carefully to check if anything is specifically excluded.

    In calculating tariff points where there are qualifications from the same subject - only the qualification/grade that attracts the highest tariff points is counted.

    Yes they will both hold tariff points, howeer some unis will specify if 2 subjects are too similar they wont count one of them, for example some unis wont accept Human Biology and Biology as 2 out of the 3 A levels in the offer, but it totally depends on the unis policy
