I really want a sociable hall but the distance to Stoke Bishop puts me off. Does anyone know what the bus journey is like? Is it always packed and crowded or is it alright?

Also, I was looking at Manor hall and on the University website it says that it has mixed flats and single sex flats but I've heard that it is all single sex?

http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/show....php?t=3547941 is the accomodation thread for reference.
    It's not that long.
It's not always packed, but if you insist on trying to get the latest possible bus to a morning lecture then yes it will be busy. It's not most of the rest of the day though.

They can change what they do so go for what the official site says, or email the accom office.

Just out of interest, the accommodation options hasn't opened yet, has it. I assume you're just weighing out your options in advance!
