He is also becoming more and more distant from our circles, spending more time with his gf. He is also moving away to another part of the country with her soon. I try my best not to judge, I really do, but me and my mates really think he can do better.
Some may say "It's just sex" but it is naive to believe that prostitutes don't enjoy at least some of the sex with their clients and orgasm during their meetings. I just don't know how he stomachs it when she comes home 'worn out'.

It all just seems a bit surreal, that is all. It feels like just yesterday that he was behaving normally.

Yeah, it's a bit weird though. She is paying for their new house. I cannot quite get my head around this sort of relationship arrangement. I would personally have the jealousy issues if my other half was sometimes loving sex with other men.

Wow. He's holding down a prostitute and getting her to buy them a house?

    Serious goals.

You would, your friend obviously doesn't. Good thing you're not the one dating her, then.

Don't you find it a bit grimey? Not the house buying part.

Maybe you just have to give it time, and see what happens, and just be ready to be there for him, if it doesn't work out. They do say dating changes a person, but I don't think this will apply to your friend...
Dating a prostitute would be difficult, imagine the excuse of being too tired from work and not having the energy-?!
Personally I would stay away from dating someone with that kind of, erm, career choice?
Have you spoken to him about this?

Yeah, this really. The thing is, he says that she is stopping it very soon. But, I have my reservations, I think it looks like a bit of a wild goose chase. They get accustomed to living a certain level of lifestyle, right. She goes back to her everyday badly paid job. Then what about when the lifestyle they live cannot be sustained?

Obviously I am not going to say anything as it is his life, looks like we are all parting ways but it is just a bit of a head ****. Not in a million years would I expect us to part ways like this.. With no arguments etc, but in just a totally strange scenario.

I really don't know how I would be able to console him... it'd be weird, what would I say? "Ermmm she was a prostitute?". I am (and everyone) trying my best to just avoid the topic altogether and carry on as normal.

He says she is not tired and that he does not have the libido all of the time.. so, maybe he just does not see the sex part as that important. Who knows lol.

Then maybe just leave it how it is and see what happens, if sex isn't a big part of it, then there might not be anything major to worry about-who knows!!
I can imagine how awkward that must be!!

So lets get this straight you've got a woman who is an expert at pleasuring you who is also taking care of the finances and you are worried about him? Screw your jealousy, i'd take a comfortable house and a good lay.

Why wouldn't you try to get that with a woman who is not a prostitute?

I fail to see how it is any of your business or your concern. Not everyone has the same values and opinions as you, deal with it.

We are dealing with it, he's moving away. Just weird for things to end this way when we have known him for 20 years everyday, so it kind of is our business.

We have all agreed to say nothing to him about it.

Because she is already available and I am lazy. She's a skilled pleaser, he clearly likes her and she's financially secure enough to take care of the house. He can go for another woman if he wants but it doesn't really bother me either way.

Just because you've known him for 20 years it does not make his sex life your business. He's happy with her so suck it up and deal with it. if you don't want to date a prostitute then don't but he's happy to and there was literally no reason for you to make a thread about it. Grow up and stop involving yourself in other people's love lives.

Fwiw,I used to visit a very very well endowed,intelligent,well-spoken woman in her twenties who used her spectacular chest as an easy way to make an extra £20,000-£30,000 a year or so a couple of days a week.

This woman had a boyfriend and I have not the slightest doubt whatsoever that many single men on this site would happily have been that boyfriend (all other things being equal).

She told me she wouldn't give oral to a client even for £10,000 so that needn't be an issue. If an 'escort' has a boyfriend she's obviously very likely to be extra cautious in more ways than one.

(Sadly she gave up the job a few years ago or else I'd still be seeing her but her giant firm mammaries still appear regularly in my dreams.)
