Think about identities you know for sin^2(2t) (which you can also write as (sin(2t))^2

4. (sin2t)^2=1-(cos2t)^2
Y=1-(cos2t)^2
cos2t= 2(cost)^2 - 1
y=1-(2(cost)^2-1)^2
y=1-(2x^2 -1)^2
