Seems like a pretty daft question, but if you get a good grade in a subject at AS, then really mess up the A-level exams, is there any way you can withdraw from the A-level and keep the grade you got at AS...or is that just wishful thinking?!

Its illogical thinking, a B/C at A2 is always going to be a better qualification than an A at AS really...

doubt it, cos you've not declared your AS as a separate qualification, you've gone on to take other parts of it, so you're stuck i'm afraid, and yeah it would be worth more, no matter what it was

technicly you can do that, but unless its a dramatic change like an A at AS and an E at A level then its not realy worth it, since you will get less ucas points
