I'm really new to this site (I have no idea what I'm doing) but I've set up an account because I have a burning question! I went to Liverpool University today (a Russell Group uni) as a taster for MAT (More Able and Talented) Year 11 students at my school and it has almost worried me about picking my A-Level options. I want to take in order of what I'm most interested in: German, History or English Lit. And finally Biology, I also want to take maybe psychology at AS level? I need advice! I'm currently working at A-A* level in all of my subjects and I want to ensure that my A-Levels will appeal to a Russell Group uni as I really want to attend one, yet I'm not too sure what course to take yet. PLEASE HELP ME I'M WORRYING SO MUCH!

Those subjects are all fine, since they're all what unis call 'facilitating' subjects. Unless you want to get a STEM degree (where unis look for at least 2 STEM subjects usually), I don't think you need to worry about your options.

Liverpool in the Russell group? You basically need 3 Bs...

Do what you're interested in and care about. Your mind might change when you fall in love with a subject.
