    Hi, I'm on a gap year at the moment, so I'm not sure how useful my answers will be, but I answered the questions anyway

    How old are you? 18
    Do you work, attend college or school, or have any other similar commitments? No
    What days do you attend? I don't (I'm on a gap year currently with no work commitments etc, except one hour driving lessons once or twice per week)
    What time do you typically go to sleep, on a weekday? Between 12am and 1am
    What time do you typically wake up (alarm goes off) on a weekday? Between 10am and 12pm (no alarm)
    How long, approximately, does it take for you to fall asleep? Anywhere from 30 minutes to maybe 2 hours
    Are you often tired, on weekdays when attending daily commitments such as work or school? Yes, although I don't have school or work commitments

    Yes, I work part time in a shop

    What days do you attend?
    I tend to work around 30 hours a week, often having one or two days off a week.

    What time do you typically go to sleep, on a weekday?
    Between 11pm and 1am

    What time do you typically wake up (alarm goes off) on a weekday?
    It really depends on my shifts, they're not very structured so often I work 7am starts, so I wake up at 6am. I tend just to wake up one hour before my shift. If its not a morning shift and it's just a regular day I tend to wake up between 10am and 12pm.

    How long, approximately, does it take for you to fall asleep?
    Usually between 20 mins and an hour

    Are you often tired, on weekdays when attending daily commitments such as work or school?
    Yes
