I would love to become a Secretary of State as it would mean that my party has gained considerable election victory (The Green Party) and are able to make substanital changes and reverse the damage that both Labour and the Conservatives have left this nation in.

But on that note, I'd like to highlight that The Green Party makes masses of difference locally and nationally without having many elected officials.

The reason for the media blackout of The Green Party (most of the time) is because the right wing press/media (or two-party system supporters) are terrified of the gains that The Green Party are making. You Tories are absolutetly terrified because we ARE taking Conservative votes off of you and we ARE taking Labour votes, but most importantly, masses of Liberal Democrats are defecting to us (increasingly in Councils too) because they were disenfranchised by the Liberal Democrats position in 2010 who BETRAYED over half their membership, supporters and voters to go side with the Tories.

Sorry about my rant, I can't stop once I start.
