Leeds or Surrey?

I got an offer from both Leeds and Surrey for Bsc economics, the entry requirements are both AAA but I am not sure which one to firm. Surrey seems to be higher slightly in some league tables but Leeds is a Russel group uni, but not sure which one is more beneficial.
Outside of that I feel like Leeds is better location wise as it's closer to home and it may be cheaper compared to surrey.

Any help on which uni I should firm?
