    Hey,
Me and my friends put money down on a house for next year, but unfortunately someone dropped out and left us in the lurch so we're urgently looking for a replacement! On gaul Street, within a 10 min walk of the uni. Its got 3 double bedrooms, living room with a table and chairs and fake leather sofas and an outside area (which my friend is keeping her rabbit in!). Cheaper and nicer than halls! £75 a week plus bills which will be max £15 a week. I can send you photos if needed.

Only requirement is that youre a nice person who doesnt bring drama. We're both girls going into our second year of speech and language therapy Thanks! Jess x

    Heya,

I'm looking at going to DMU next year (still waiting for an offer to come through) and I'm looking for a place by myself (and struggling). £90 sounds much better than halls, though - I'd be interested in seeing some pictures. Are the bedrooms furnished?

Hey, yeah all the student places are furnished! You have to pay half rent over the summer, but its still way cheaper! If youre interested could you message me a lil bit about yourself and what youre studying, thatd be most cool
