What does a strong core even mean? ^Same with the 2 gringos above, I've never done ab work and just squats and I can't tell is abs would ever be a weak point in my lifting. I can see how maybe for conv DL you'd want it, other than that, doesn't seem to be a big problem.
Also it's a bit of a fallacy that the belt is going to make your core weaker lol.
