Check out the TSR Law forum - the stickied threads give some good starting points for applying for university courses and there is a link through to the Legal careers forum.

i reccomend you hit the books hard in your first year of college and get into good study habits! too often people with new found freedom can take the need to study for granted (myself included) and set off on the wrong foot, causing you to have to retake exams and/or resit the year further down the line! try to make use of your free periods and dont just go to town/the pub/ park to smoke some cigarettes etc! just take things reaosnably seriously from the off and try and aim for AAA grades but if you dont get those then its not the end of the world. for cases i would use flashcards to help you remember the name and precedent etc.
