    Hm, I think it's until your 19th birthday. I only started getting charged for dental care, prescriptions and such after I turned 19, whilst I was still 18 it was fine

    well, i think they only do so much free, it think the amount of treatments you can have for free reduces, ive never had to have any because my teeth are fine but my friends whom have gotten braces/root canals etc at 18 have been charged for those but not little check ups so i think it just depends on the situation and who you go with whether private or not
