This guy just joined the workforce a couple of weeks ago. We clicked straight away, and he makes an effort to find me and talk to me all the time to compliment me even if it's just something daft like "nice folding". It's like he makes any excuse to be near me. He'll stop and watch what I'm doing and tease me about it. A couple of other staff members have commented that it looks like he's interested in me, but I just keep shrugging it off. I mean, this guy is my new supervisor! He's not the person I report to directly but I still have to see him every shift since we both work in the same department of the store. We both only work weekends as we're both full time students, I'm at uni and he's at college.

I'm not planning on staying in this job beyond the next month or two because I'll be moving to a location that will mean I won't be able to commute. My plan was to wait until I was no longer employed there and then see what happens, but I'm getting totally overwhelmed. I'm actually looking forward to going to work on Saturday because I'll get to see him again.

Can anyone help me deal with this? I don't want to be unprofessional, yet I really do like this guy

Call in sick as often as poss. Then when they complain go in and throw yourself at him.
