Currently, I study Bio, Chem, Maths and Psychology. I plan to drop Maths at the end of the AS year however I'm not really doing well in it currently and am considering dropping it right now. This obviously means I won't take the AS exams and will only have 3 subjects. This also makes it easier for me to achieve the A*AA grade needed for dentistry. Will it affect my chances if I drop Maths now. I plan to take Biology, Chemistry and Psychology into the next year

No you don't need maths, if you're not going to get an A at AS then you should probably drop it now.
How are you feeling about your exams?
