Correlation doesn't imply causation.

Back in the Roman era, almost everyone was religious, they knew very little about the world in terms of science, geography, history and everything compared to us. Yet they developed one of the most sophisticated societies for its time.

tbf i think richard feynman's iq was only 125 or something like that

but then he wasn't the greatest scientist of all time. far from it.
