    Yes do so....5 Htp seems to take a while( couple of days continuous) to have effect where as tryptophan is immediate(15min). Its amazing how the simple lack of this amino acid in the diet can cause all sorts of anxiety/depression. Eggs and turkey and broad beans are the simplest ways to go.

    Get them all in the same room together and offer them some shots before you present. It'll be fun.

    I dont have a routine, except for just reading through my notes. I've just sort of accepted that im absolutely awful at presentations. I know i need to practice to get better and im planning to do so heavily for the next one for a change, but im just generally a bad speaker.

    Have a read of http://copperbadge.livejournal.com/3406378.html - it's by far the best advice I've come across on presenting well (without the usual platitudes of "do it til it's easy" - for some people it will never be easy but that doesn't mean they can't do it well).
