    hey guys,

    i've just started working in a NHS hospital as a bank HCA in my year out alongside applying for med school (again!) and earning some ca$h. I'll be all over the place in terms of wards and possibly OPDs so tbh i think it's going to be quite daunting with regards to that.

    so are there any useful hints/tricks that anyone is willing to share that can make my life a WHOLE lot easier on the wards? also with regards to OPDs, what is working there like compared to out on the wards? Better? Worse? Thoughts and opinions please.
