    I see your point and agree, but at the same time, I feel it's dangerous to discount the Law which was asserted by the Psalm writers and Proverbs as such as a holy and righteous thing just like that. Yes, it takes more consideration to understand its application today but it definitely reveals much to us about God - his justice, hatred of sin and care for the civil issues in our relations to not only God but for each other.
