Basically I`m 20 and haven`t been able to get a proper "natural" erection for nearly a year. I`m still a virgin which worries me the most as for years I could get strong erections with ease over near enough anything and I`m worried I might have peaked and wasted that before being able to even properly use it.
My testicles still swell and get aroused, so to speak, the same way but my erections are limp as if the "energy" gets blocked near the base of my penis and can`t go all the way and I`ve tried nearly everything to stimulate but nothing works, seriously. I won`t go into detail about it but I have a weird fetish and I`m not sure whether that my have caused damage as I would always try and stimulate myself that way as opposed to normal porn.
I wasn`t sure if it was porn induced ED so took a break from masturbating for a little bit but its easier said than done (some say try and last 6 months!) and in the past I never had this problem it just kind of happened instantly like id lost my sensitivity after masturbating.
I have no idea if its physical or psychological but I`m a bit hesitant seeing a doctor about it (hence why its probably been like this for a year), has anyone ever had a similar problem and will I ever get that natural feeling back?

    Hi there,

I'm a medical school applicant and currently work for a pharmacy.
My best advice would be go and visit your GP, despite your hesitation. Its nothing to worry about and doctors are used to talking to young men such as yourself. There can be many causes for how you are feeling including hormonal imbalances. Gp's are very approachable with these things and its nothing to feel embarrassed about.
As a side note if you're trying to boost your libido and testosterone minimising use of soya products and exercising regularly are a good start.

    Hope this helps you
