ucl and durham are where i really want to study law. My gcse grades: 3A*3A5B1C, i know, quite horrific but has anyone seen anyone get in with similar grades?
AS: SHOULD get 4A1B or at least 3A2B (doing 5 AS - geography, history, english lit, politics, arabic)
extra curriculars: spent week at law firm, another 2 placements (easter and summer), newspaper club, mock trial, volunteering at charity shop, MIGHT get paying job over summer, etc

It's easy to get a bit obsessed with GCSE grades but I don't think they matter very much. Your AS and A2 grades are much, much more important; focus on them and stop thinking about university until the summer. If you speak Arabic already then your Arabic A level probably won't be included in any offer they make you, so you need to make sure you get A*AA in your other subjects.
