I'm taking Italian A level a year early - will it still be counted by universities Watch

I want to be a translator, so I'm studying Italian and Spanish at A level, with the intention of going to the university of Warwick to study modern languages - Spanish, Italian and Arabic. For all universities, you seem you need two languages at A level to study 3 languages at degree level, but the college I'm going to has stopped offering Italian A level. Therefore, last year I started to take Italian A level privately - I'll get my As level when I do my GCSEs this year, and my A level while I'm doing my other A levels. Will this still be counted as an A level and as part of my offer by universities? I'm definitely doing it - I've payed for the exam and done nearly all the work. My other A levels are going to be Spanish, Maths, Further maths and geography. I'm currently in year 11 and have already applied for college. Thanks in advance.

Taking Arabic in a three-language degree is a bad idea, you won't learn much. But in answer to your question, yes it will be counted even if you do it early.
