Is this a good excuse to start talking to a girl that u find attractive? watch

Me and the girl go to the same uni and same course, in our second year now. We're both from the same part of London in fact we're from the same borough in London, call it X.

I've seen her a couple of times in X during summer holidays from far, once in the park and another time at the pub.

So this is what I would say to her when I get the opportunity:

"Hey, are you from X, I think I've seen you around before a couple of times?"

I'd expect her to say yes, then tell her where I've seen her.

If this is a good excuse, how can I continue the conversation on?

    Thank you

Just go up to and say "hey how are you".... Girls are people too you know. Don't go and tell her off the bat she's attractive, that's creepy and she doesn't need your validation.

You don't need an excuse, no one's going to interrogate you, next time you see her, go up and introduce yourself

Yeah. It's a genuinely good plan. There must be something you can talk about related to where you're both from, i.e., stories about your favourite bars? I think that would be a good topic to direct the conversation towards, because it's something you have in common.

If you're too much of a pussy to talk to her in the first place you ain't going to get her. Women already have pussies - they don't need another one.

No, comments about appearance should be saved for later, anyone can give her a daft 'oh your pretty pls sleep with me' face, go for the details, find something you have in common (for example both being on the same course) and begin with that.

I thought so myself, how could I go on from here?

I don't want to start of by talking to her about uni work. I want her to know that we're both from the same borough.

'I'm from X, oh wow you're also from X? What a coincidence? Have you been to park X, [insert inside joke about the place]'
