    i've spent 4 hours procrastinating, and it took me another half an hour to grab my book, and another 10 minute to open it, and only 2 minute to finish the work...what am i like urgh.

    Yep I do that all the time. When it comes to revising or doing work, ANYTHING can distract me. It's unbelievable. I have no self control either. :bawling: Like right now for example. Lololol.

    It's could be quite time consuming for me to keep answering this question. Perhaps you could just call a function whenever you're wondering? Perhaps like this:

    Function Procrastinating() As Boolean
    Dim _Procrastinating As Boolean = True
    Return _Procrastinating
    End Function
