So here's the most basic and common question, where to go? Which course shall I take in UNI? Currently I'm studying A Level Sociology, AS ICT and Btec Extendeed Diploma Business. Really love Sociology, hate ICT, just not for me, can't sit for a hours and continue doing all the coursework (it is about 70% out of the whole AS grade), I'm getting bored too fast of not learning new things like I do in sociology. I'm versatile, I just love learning new "things" I am developed in many different aspects, starting from the PC hardware, finishing with Russian Literature, oh, by the way, I'm russian, so English is not my native language as you have probably noticed already. So, I need your advice, where to go and what to study? Thank you, hope you can help.

Well the great thing about Uni is that there are many great new things.

I would start by looking into a subject that you already enjoy, such as Sociology, then looking at the course structure to see what is actually taught and whether that still interests you. If you are really keen to learn new things you could see what joint degrees you could do with this subject.

But don't limit yourself to what you are studying now. There are many courses that you wouldn't think of yourself that might be perfect for you.

When working out places to study I found knowing what degree I wanted first more helpful. It helped narrow down to the places that excelled in this subject giving a list of uni's that you can look at closely.

Hope this help you out a bit!
