    P(x=2) = P(x=0) + P(X=1)+P(x=2) isn't correct, that is for a slightly different scenario

    That is a binomial distribution.

    P(X \leq 2) = P(X =0) + P(X=1) + P(X=2)

    P(X=2) = \binom{10}{2} \times 0.03^2 \times \cdots
