Not that well tbh... Get through it best if I don't expect too much from myself and expect that my emotions will be all over the place. Bit of light exercise can help too.

I thought it was Pre Menstrual Syndrome, before your period when you're supposedly really emotional.
I haven't experienced this to date

Even while on the pill and getting a period once every few months instead of every month now, I still find it hard to control my PMS so I just have to accept and try and relax as much as I can with it. I have it right now

For me, the mental symptoms of PMS have always been worse than the physical. I can deal with cramps, headaches and sore boobs. Its the moodiness, the depression and increase of my other MH conditions, the hunger and the restlessness that get to me more. To cope, I eat as much as I can - whether it's healthy or not, take 2 baths a day to try and relax, try and go to bed early as having little to no sleep only makes things worse, watch something that provokes tears - nothing beats a good cry when you're hormonal!, exercise, go for a walk about town, do some colouring in and if all else fails - moan like hell to my mum or bf
