    Hi there I'm currently studying three AS levels in law sociology and geography I to carry on these subjects to a level I need to get CCD grades at AS if I was to miss these grades can you go to another school to carry on your a levels so I wouldn't have to resit a year or if it was only one I failed I could pick up a btec at my school and do it in a year would this be worth doing? Thanks for any help

    You'd need to find a school that does your a levels with the exact same exam board. If you're hoping to go to university it might be more helpful to stick with the a levels.

    I have no trouble with sociology and geography I could easily get b's at A2 but law I'm going to flop so if I picked up a btec and got a distinction wouldn't that give me even better odds of getting into uni?

    Yeah probably, I mean universities do look down a bit on btecs but it sounds like it's the better option
