So basically I've been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, hopefully I won't have to use crutches every day for a while yet but I do need to use them sometimes, will I have to declare this diagnosis to my uni? I don't need support or anything like that Im fine on my crutches or just walking as I live on campus and my classes aren't far from me

You may have to, in the case of a fire. There's a form you'd have to fill in for that.

There's no reason not to really... better to have an open dialogue in case you do need any adjustments, whether that's now or in the future
