Suggest why reaction rates decrease as the reaction proceeds watch

    Yeah when the reactants have been used up, it takes more energy to produce another catalyst / it's harder for the particles to meet to react so the reaction rates are slower

    The products of the reaction may be inhibitors plus the above.

    High concentration (at the start) = faster reaction, however this concentration reduces as the reaction proceeds, thus the reaction slows down accordingly.
