    Whats the difference?
Signs of it being a relationship?
Signs of it being a FWB situation?

Needed some help about this, not sure where I stand with this girl. I can add info if needed, not in depth obviously.

Do you lot do anything (other than sex) that makes you more like a couple than friends? Do you kiss and cuddle outside of sex, go on dates and other couples things? If so then it could be a relationship.

You should ask her what's going on if you can't figure it out.

    Oh I'm such a noob.
    Thanks for the clarification

Tbf if this girl only interacts or texts you for sexual intercourse then you know where you stand...friends with benefits.

If she's taking a deeper interest in you and wants to meet with you for a date etc...relationship

Yeah we do kiss and cuddle and stuff, the first few times we met we went out for dates etc. I think i'll take your advice, i'll ask her about it.

    Exclusivity is the main difference.

I agree. Exclusivity is one of the main differences between the two.

If you're both okay with each other seeing/dating/having sex with other people, then it's definitely a Friends with Benefits relationship. That or what you can call an "Open Relationship".

If one or both of you feel really uncomfortable at the thought of them suddenly leaving or having sex with someone else then there might be something more, and personally I would ask about that. It is the worst when one of you is serious about a relationship and the other just thinks it's a casual thing. The person that cares more will always get hurt if the casual person decides to do something else.

I think the most important thing is to just talk about it with the girl, though . She might want to be your girlfriend, she might not. Just be open and honest with her

    Good luck!
