I was with a girl a few weeks ago, she later said that she may be HIV positive but doesn't know. Can I get it from oral? (We used a condom for sex, but I went down on her first).

No. You can find the odd case report - some doctor writes to a journal saying 'some patient has turned up saying this' and when checked, it usually turns out that the patient wasn't telling the whole truth - but decent studies have never shown a risk for cunnilingus.

To support that, if you look at the lesbian communities, HIV transmission is inevitably linked with IV drug use or unprotected sex with men.

If you are still in touch, you can tell her that if she thinks she might be HIV+, testing is the way to know.
