You would put the time period obviosuly lol.
Just putting 'yes' wont tell them anything
Yes could mean 1 week, or it could be 1 month.
Be specific.

How much notice do you have to give your current employer? It could be a few weeks, (I think mine is 3 or 4 weeks). So put whatever that time is down.

if you signed a contract it will usually say in there.
my notice has always been 2 weeks.
if you are unsure ask, but if ur current employer doesnt know u are leaving ask some one else who works there that may know, like a friend or summit

It is the time between when they offer you the job and when you can start

So usually anything between 1 day and 1 month!

If you are already unemployed just stick in a start date soemwhere

its not, its the amount of time that you need to give your current employer before you can leave. mine is two weeks,so if i wanted to leave i would write a letter saying that i entend to leave and i am giving them my two weeks notice. ithen work for two more weeks before i leave.

it stops people just quitting and leaving the employer in the lurch with no staff. if your employer no longer wants to either, they have to give you some notice before firing you!

Yes but effectivley they are asking when you can be done and dusted with your job - also its a good way to get a week off between jobs if you wanted to.
