Hello TSR. New to training, running a full body program as follows.

2 or 3 days a week depending on recovery and time etc.

    Trap Bar Deadlifts
    Overhead Press
    Chin Ups
    Close Grip Bench
Any accessory exercises I feel like doing

Working up to 1 top set for each lift, adding reps or weight when I can.

Fair enough, you're doing very similar exercises.

Best of luck with your training

I guess you're in the same line of work as the other guy. If you need inspiration as to what to do for assistance or programming, I do a very similar thing, check out my blog

Once I've established a bit of a foundation I will look into powerlifting, adding squats into my training and doing conventional deadlifts. That will be once I'm not getting smashed as much in compulsory PT at work, and I can put more volume into my own training.
