I'm in year 9 at the moment and my Maths teacher told us I have a maths non-calculator GCSE paper (Edexcel) on Thursday and I am really nervous. This exam decides whether or not I will be doing additional maths in year 11 and early maths GCSEs in year 10. I don't really know the topics that come up in non-calculator and I'm am really struggling with what topics to revise on. It would be really helpful if you guys or girls could help me out. Thanks a lot!

It would most likely be on topics that you've covered in class.

If you've finished the whole unit then it may be worth looking at past paper questions from the Edexcel website for some practice.

I've found the best way to revise for maths is past papers. Lots and lots of them. Then you get used to the kinds of questions which come up, and are more prepared for the exam and feel more confident in your exam technique.

    Good luck!

I'm in year 9 as well and most of the stuff they teach us only cover a small part of the test or don't appear at all .I would recommend going through a lot of past papers.
