I've been ill since friday with no sign of improvement and I have an interview in two days.
In the current state I'm in, I doubt I'd be able to go to the interview yet make the 3 hour drive to Bournemouth.
Does anyone have any experience in postponing a uni interview? Is it even possible? Should I call or email them? Help please!

    Call them.
Would it be wiser to call them tomorrow then, or right now?

Call them asap. They're humans, and understand that these things happen, but they will appreciate having a day's notice if at all possible (don't call on the day - they'll probably be out of the office and hard to contact all day)
